It's the New Year! 2018 is finally here! And with its arrival, comes this preview of the first cover for my forthcoming artist's book, "Au Courant Vol. 03 - Coming to Terms."

As mentioned in the last months of 2017, this volume series has taken a decidedly more personal turn, with a format akin to both a journal of my writings and a photo book of works in progress, held most dearly as a forum for making sense of the everyday in an unforgiving, exacting London space. One such artwork, shot in tandem with the spartan Afteroom Lounge by Menu AS that has informed my aesthetic over the last year, can be seen above on the first cover.

Marble/Mask is one piece from The Masked Series that I have been loosely working on over the last few years; the original idea was to collaborate with Moreno Ratti and make good on his expertise with using water jets to make sharp cuts into thin layers of marble. But it didn't come together in time and since I was already quite fond of incorporating copper into sculptural objects, this hexagonal mask of Carrara marble eventually found its form.

Will be releasing more on the volume 03, along with the second cover and release/preorder details soon.
